Material
In addition to standard stainless steel alloys (1.4301 AISI304, 1.4401 AISI316), we use stainless steels with suitable properties in terms of chemical (1.4404 AISI316L) or thermal strength (1.4841 AISI314) as well as aluminium. Or according to customer requirements.
Tolerances
All products are manufactured to high precision requirements; our benchmark for precision is always the reliable function of our products for the customer - from installation and use to maintenance or servicing; the benchmark for precision is the customer's requirements, alternatively in accordance with ISO2876mK
Product-specific characteristics
(in addition to dimensions, material(s), tolerances and special features): Number and position of permeable surfaces (based on 6 outer sides of a cuboid) Number and position of open surfaces (based on 6 outer sides of a cuboid) Number of phases; per phase: PM (layers) Connection type PM with frame
- Shape: Cuboid whose outer geometry is supported by a frame structure
- Production: frame construction; selection and preparation of PM (especially sensitive/critical for large dimensions with regard to homogeneous structure over the entire surface); assembly (in phases)
- Hardware quality*: functional flow and function concept (defined distribution of tasks of the performance-defining components/positions in the product) and maintenance concept (for repair/maintenance/replacement of the permeable metals, which may have to have a critical surface tension (e.g. in air rectifiers)); stability; integrity/functional tightness of all joints/seams between permeable metal and frame; precise effective (during installation) external dimension
- Installation: a) with exactly one open side of the cuboid, the product is usually clamped with this surface orthogonal to the direction of flow b) otherwise fit/mounting application-specific
