Oil & Fuel Oil
Permeable metals are often in demand in oil pipelines or for fuel filtration, as they achieve high purities through precise microgeometries. In the case of filters and absorbers, in addition to the degree of filtration, the influence on the flow behavior is particularly important. Due to the high flowability and often delicate metals, integrity and precise processing, especially at the seams between metallic components, are of paramount importance for product quality.
Water & Low Viscosity
Our products for process water and comparable low-viscosity Gas & Air Our products are used in all functions in gas and air. Liquids are often used as filters to separate contaminants. With frequently large volume flows, the pressure difference created by the filter should usually be kept as low as possible, so that permeable metals with good permeability properties or surface-enhancing manufacturing processes such as pleating can be used.
Polymer
Highly viscous liquids, such as melted polymers, often have high demands on purity and mechanical strength during processing. By combining different permeable metals in a suitable way, solutions for fine filtration can be realized while at the same time being resistant to high process pressures.
